Tantalize your taste buds in our full-service, informal country dining room complete with an outdoor terrace (in season). Head Chef Emmanuel Godin and his team have created a menu rich with sumptuous regional dishes made from the freshest local ingredients to delight lovers of flavourful regional cuisine. Then there’s our delightful and affordable selection of wines, complete with a wide variety of vintages, specially selected to complement the culinary creations of our chef and his team.

Emmanuel Godin started his career 25 years ago in Montréal, although he quickly left for the fertile grounds of Charlevoix, the Côte-Nord and now the Eastern Townships. Throughout this journey, he has worked for two Relais & Châteaux properties as well as three establishments at the four or five diamond level including the famous Auberge Hatley. Based on the principles of simplicity and respect, his cuisine reflects the love he holds for the regional produce of Québec and the province’s heritage.
