Meet Our New Chef, Ugo-Vincent Mariotti

We are very excited to welcome Ugo-Vincent Mariotti as our new executive chef at the Auberge & Spa West Brome.

The acclaimed chef will offer a premier culinary experience at the Inn’s onsite dinning establishment Bistro West Brome, a wonderful attraction for local foodies and new visitors alike!

Having spent the majority of his career between Montreal’s best; the renowned Ferreira Café and Beaver Hall Bistro Gourmand par Europea, Chef Mariotti brings with him the stellar reputation he has built along with his passion for exquisite food, fine wine, and friendly service.
