The Bistro's Vegetable Garden

The Bistro West Brome benefits from a magnificent vegetable garden, where asparagus, beans, heirloom tomatoes and herbs grow in harmony. Once harvested, these fresh vegetables can be found in Chef Mariotti's wonderful dishes.


Our buffet style brunch is available for your group of a minimum of 50 or more people.

Our team, inspired by local flavours, use their culinary imagination to prepare a delicious variety of dishes.
