The Bistro West Brome makes good use of its wonderful 'potager' garden with 80 varieties of organic vegetables and fine herbs. In a little less than one acre, asparagus rubs shoulders with heirloom tomatoes and green beans hanging on the vine. Freshly picked, they are a delight in the dishes of Chef Mariotti.
